After writing a book on family wellness and already being deeply involved in the wellness field, my life took a significant turn following a brain tumor diagnosis 14 years ago.

I saw the harmful effects of growing up with the mindset that thinness has on mental and physical health, leading me to promote longevity and metabolic wellness in this new stage of my life.

 

I am a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, life coach, and holistic health coach with two Personal Training certificates. The empty nest phase inspired me to create simple, effective wellness strategies for midlife women, with a focus on helping them prioritize their well-being, body composition, and vitality. 

 

My focus is on helping women prioritize their well-being once again.

I believe in simplicity and effectiveness—no fluff, not even the one around the middle, because we can certainly tackle that, too!

My approach is rooted in simplifying complex concepts and guiding individuals through achievable steps toward their best selves.
