Never an Empty Nest ...

If you're an empty nester right now, you know what I mean ... they're always with you!

If you don't have an empty nest yet, I promise you, you will still have an identity other than Mom.

And if you're a partial empty nester, you totally love it because you know they come back periodically!

I wanted to start this blog up again, as it's been years since I had a blog ... because are people even reading them anymore? But I love to write, and if you'd like to follow along in my midlife journey, travels, home life or what I post consistently about on social media: Midlife Women's Wellness - then I would love to have you!

My wish for anyone who is struggling in midlife right now is to give yourself time to readjust. Embrace where you are, and please don't compare yourself to your 30 something You. Remember that show "Thirty Something?"I wasn't 30 yet when it was on, but they seemed pretty cool, didn't they? Anyway memories are fantastic to reflect on, but we have so much more to look forward to as we transition into this phase of exploration with a bit more time to ourselves, more wisdom and of course the ability to hopefully try new things.
